Amazing how each school year is different then the last. You definitely cannot get bored..some funny things since school has started.
Trail Mix
Had a student give me a hug and put some trail mix in my pockets saying "Just in case you get hungry later.." How do you not laugh at that great thinking. Its true how about if I was at recess and wanted a snack? Thanks to him I would have one!!
Little Lady
Another student was vacuuming with the "old skool" vacuum in my class and started dancing with it like Frank Sinatra. I asked him what he was doing and he explained this was his "Little Lady" and continued to dip her and kiss the handle. I asked what was her name, she has to have a name. He said he would get back to me...A few minutes later he said :"Shakira".... Her hips don't lie!!!" LOL!
